Device for checking correct assembly
We received a request from a customer for a quotation of the correct assembly of a jig consisting of three parts. For the check procedure, several pneumatic cylinders with analogue position sensors from FESTO and several other sensors such as laser distance measurement from Keyence or inductive sensors from Balluff were used. The entire machine was controlled by a Siemens PLC and could be operated on a touch screen HMI panel.
